International Shipping

We ship all international orders via EMS to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

▪ Shipping Costs:  Shipping costs vary depending on your region and will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges: Customers are responsible for arranging returns and exchanges. Additional shipping fees will apply for exchanges.

▪ Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimated based on your region. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

국내 배송 (Korea Domestic Shipping)

모든 국내 배송은 CJ대한통운을 통해 이루어지며 신속하고 안전한 서비스를 제공합니다.

▪ 배송비: 무료배송입니다.

▪ 교환 및 반품 배송비: 교환 및 반품 시 왕복 배송비 ₩6,000은 고객 부담입니다.

▪ 배송 기간: 국내 배송은 발송 후 1-2 영업일 이내에 도착합니다.

▪ 배송 마감 시간: 오후 12시 이전에 결제 완료된 주문건에 한해 당일 배송 접수가 이루어지며, 오후 12시 이후의 주문은 익일 배송 접수가 진행됩니다.

▪ 공지사항: 배송 과정에서 변동이나 지연이 발생할 시, 이메일을 통해 안내드리겠습니다.
