Return & Exchange Policy

Our web store has a 7-day return policy. Any unwanted items must be shipped within 7 days of receipt. Any returned merchandise without prior written communication and a valid authorization number will not be accepted.

Please send all returns and exchanges inquiries to cs@insidetheemotion.com.

All items approved for return must be in brand new, unworn condition and accompanied by proof of purchase within 7 days from the purchase date.

Goods are dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday. All orders are shipped via EMS. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email.

모든 반품 승인을 받은 상품은 반드시 **새 상품 상태(미착용)**를 유지해야 하며, 구매일로부터 7일 이내에 구매 증빙 자료와 함께 반품이 진행되어야 합니다.

상품은 월요일부터 금요일까지의 영업일에만 발송됩니다. 모든 주문은 CJ대한통운을 통해 발송되며, 주문이 발송된 후 이메일로 배송 추적 번호를 받으실 수 있습니다. 이 번호는 CJ대한통운 앱 또는 cjlogistics.com에서 배송 상태를 확인하는 데 사용할 수 있습니다.
